Congratulating the Muslim community on the Birth of Lady of tghe women of the Worlds
On December 12, 2025—the Wilādah (birth) of Lady Fatimah al‑Zahra (A.S.)—we celebrate the birth of the greatest woman of all creation, whose life is a source of guidance, mercy, and ultimate nobility. Born in Mecca in the home of Khadijah, her birth is commemorated around 20 Jumādā’ al‑Thānī, five years before the Hijra (circa 615 CE). The Qur’an glorifies her through verses like “Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth…” (24:35), from which some narrations interpret her as the ‘niche of light’ that radiates divine illumination—her sons Hasan and Husain as the lamp and the glass—a beautiful metaphor for the Ahl al‑Bayt’s exalted spiritual status.
Her legacy extends through time—not only as a daughter of the Prophet and wife of Imam Ali (A.S.), but as the mother of the Imams and the embodiment of virtue and resilience. She stands as a mirror reflecting Qur’anic ideals: purity, justice, love, and unwavering submission to Allah. As Divine Light itself sings through her presence, believers seek her intercession and aspire to reflect her character.
May Allah bless us with love for Fatimah (A.S.), and through that love, guide us to the light she carried, the principles she honored, and the mercy she imparted
